Send the MyClaimPics Link to Your Customer

  • Log onto our website and enter the following: Jane’s name, claim number, and phone number.
  • Select the kind of claim Jane has (automobile accident, water damage, etc.) from our list of templates. Each template has customized photo examples and directions for photographing the given claim.
  • Once submitted, MyClaimPics will send a link via text message to Jane’s smartphone! This link will arrive via text within 15 to 30 seconds of being sent.
  • Jane will then click on the link in the text message, which will launch our claim imaging program.
